Brad Sebastian Brisken is the boss of Sonia Vanducci and while she doesn’t let him tread all over her she also makes no bones about the fact she hates him to her friends and family! She even has a photo of his face as a dartboard in her apartment which has been in regular use over the two years she’s worked for him! So could they ever like each other?
The humour in this book is outstanding and really has you laughing out loud. The teen issue with Brad’s niece is just one example that is hilarious and so easy to visualise when reading it. I won’t spoil it for you, it’s just too funny to do that to you.
Relationships, of any kind including family and friends, are hard things to equalise and balance and this book explores the issues involved with past and possible future ones. As well, the character types that makeup partners in relationships which makes such an impact and difference.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story and recommend it to everyone.
